Nuwer You Pilates offers both Mat Classes and Private Instruction sessions on equipment. In all sessions, the overall focus is on breathing and stretching, with additional attention brought to strengthening and lengthening using Pilates and resistance training techniques.
Our online program for the month of December has begun. Classes are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays, morning and evening. We are working hard to not get the Covid blues!
