Nuwer You Pilates offers both Mat Classes and Private Instruction sessions on equipment. In all sessions, the overall focus is on breathing and stretching, with additional attention brought to strengthening and lengthening using Pilates and resistance training techniques.
The space may have changed, but the intention has not! We now have more room for our clients, which allows us to work with more people at one time. Here is a fun quartet working on their leg series on both the reformer and the springboard.
